Class one focuses on the techniques of the Integrated Healing Method. The class manual is included. What you can expect to experience:

Day four focuses on physical healing of health issues and disease. It is an expansion of the techniques taught and used in three prior days. You'll have the time to practice so you will be able to use the method after leaving the class.
